Life’s a beach, or so the saying goes, but some beaches are sandy and luxurious while others are rocky and unforgiving. The beaches where I live are a mixture; stones, flint and chalk with patches of sand that are only visible when the tide goes out, or if you hunt for them.
I felt it was a good metaphor for life.
As for me, I’m a mother to a daughter (DD, aged 7) and a son (DS, aged 5). My husband (DH) has multiple health conditions including bipolar disorder and anxiety; I’m his carer. This blog is somewhere I can ramble on about all kinds of things. You have been warned. 😉
